Hello pls help,

does anybody know if what should i need to bring on my interview in manila for my 2 year old daughter, already print out all her ds forms, and we've set our interview on oct 15...question..

1.do i really need to get a letter of consent fr her father even though he is not the biological father?but he s the one listed on her bc.and there s a court order on my annulment that he have a visitorial rights for the child and he needs to give an support . our marriage are DECLARED NULL AND VOID fr the beginning..and my child status in her birth cert is ILLEGITIMATE.

2.does notarized letter of abandonment can satisfied the USEM manila?i was told by DSWD to get that doc fr.my lawyer and bring to dswd office so they can mark it,they said thats fine ..coz the father and i have no support or communication since my baby is 6months old..and never ever appear on the court during the hearings of annulment..also the father is a british citizen and only have tourist visa here in ph at the moment since our mariage are no longer valid.

hope can help us with this, we really really want my baby to have a visa and come with me in US.
