I-134 Questions - please help

I have both a letter from my employer and from my bank both dated 2/14 that I was going to send her. Marina's interview is 3/30.

Do they have to be dated in the last 30 days of interview? Will this be a problem at the interview?

For me, bank letter and employment letter were dated in November, and my interview was in February. No problems at all.

i vaguley remember reading somewhere, that these documents should be made out in the last year before the interview - something like in the neighbourhood of couple of monts before the interview should be absolutely fine..

And you don't need a letter form the bank if you are qualifying based on your income alone! Not at this stage nor at AOS. Good luck

It is asked that you submit as much of the evidence as applies as possible on the I-134 instructions, better safe than sorry.

Yes, obviously all of their suggestions for evidence don't apply to everyone and maybe you could get by with just the employer letter if you make plenty of money, but it is just my personal opinion that it is better to give them everything you can in case there are any problems, better safe than sorry.
