I filed my petition In Jan and finally received a notice. Its asking me for the proof of visit within 2 yrs which is ok i got it.

I am confused with the intend of marriage letter. it says me and my fiance' both need to submit. Will i submit this over here in US or how would that work? Does anyone know about it?

Also me and my fiance' need to submit form g320a again she needs to send me so i can submit for her ?

please help also if anyone know the next step.

so you got RFE?? if the RFE just states "proof of visit within 2 years", then that's what you need to give them.. passport showing stamps of entry/exit, boarding pass, debit/credit/atm transactions in fiancé/es country, etc..

if they ask you for the letter of intent to marry OR you did not send it with your original package, then you need to make one for you with your original signature and one for your beneficiary with his/her original signature as well.. no photocopies/no scanned copies.. just original forms.. important content:

"I, (beneficiary/petitioner name), do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (beneficiary/petitioner name), and intend to do so within 90 days of (his/her/my) arrival into the US using the K-1 visa"

then send it along with your reply to your RFE.. (to whichever service center you're assigned)

It's the same process with G-325A form (and not g320a, as what you mentioned above); she/he needs to fill it out and again, sign with her/his original signatures as well, no photocopies/scanned copies.. and send it also along with your RFE reply to your service center..

just wondering, why do you need to send all these again?? like the g325a and letter of intent to marry? did you not include them with your original packet?? or did USCIS said there's something wrong with them??

Good Luck! smile.png
