I am dealing with this people 5 yrs and my case was one of the difficult one to get approve.

And don't think in these scenarioes I have gone through just 1 lawyer. I talked to 3 and everybody told me if they had any problem they shouldn't have approved it on first place. So GC is good.

Additionally I am applying for Naturalization next week dude as well as I was already 4 yrs out of my GC issue date when I applied as well.

First line was totally uncalled for. Dont get edgy dude. I'll be happy if you get approved. I am not trying to bring you down.

I didnt say your GC is in trouble, all i am saying is that you will have to prove your previous marriage when you apply for a I-130 if you applied under 5 years. If you applied after 5 years, I dont know why you are even having this argument with me.

Check 14b instructions there. Many people who Feb 2013 PD have already been approved. So hopefully, you are also next. If not, then you know why.
