Hi, Can anybody recommend a good (and cheap) surgeon for the medical examination in DC, Northern VA or MD?? I called a few places today and they all want my vaccination record to have as a notarized copy! Is that right?? I can't translate it myself??

You cannot pick just ANY doctor but only those designated by the USCIS. You can find a list of the civil surgeons closest to you in this link:
