There's no scandal beyond what Issa is trying hard to manufacture. No laws were broken and the only group denied their desired tax exempt status was a Democrat organization. Odd how that happened since it has been alleged that only Tea Party groups were under the microscope. That's not really true. Never has been.

Yeah, it was so wrong to question 501c's being filed for political groups who weren't doing any charity work, yet they were approved anyway.

Well, she's left the IRS but not because any laws were broken. Poor judgement maybe but that does not a scandal make.

She was a member of the "KMA" club at the IRS. She has been eligible to retire for at least four years and because they have given her a lot of flack at work she said "Kiss my A$$" (KMA) and retired. I have been a member of the KMA club for two years now. I hope to work for three more years so that I can max out my retirement percentage at 80%.

Interesting, too, that George W Bush appointee Lois Lerner has allegedly somehow turned around to crack down on conservative groups applying for tax exempt status. The only group denied that status was a progressive group, of course, but I guess as we all know, conservatives are just better at whining and they're better at playing the victim.
