Did you submit the I-693 and I-864 with your I-485 application packet? If you already submitted (and got no RFEs), you should be good to go. Bring your copies, just in case.

We brought everything that we had gotten from USCIS and everything that we had sent to USCIS. The IO asked to see my divorce decrees. I had already provided with the initial I-129F petition filing. The IO also had me (USC) fill out a new G-325A. I had already provided with the initial I-129F petition filing.

Good luck on your interview.

i submitted both i 864 and i 693. i got an RFE on i 864 because my sponsors did not signed one of the form, and letter from employers was missing.

I replied with the signed form and letters from my sponsors employers, together with pay stubs.

my EAD was immediately approved and received in less than 2 weeks after i submitted the RFE.

my questions is am going to submit another fresh letters and pay stubs from my sponsors employers.

No. It says "unless already submitted", which means if you already submitted the I-693 and I-864 and supporting documents, then no need to fill out those forms again. As was already mentioned, just bring copies of what you already submitted.
