I checked Thursday, Friday and this weekend and no updated status. I usually don't check until close of business. I just decided to check and here it is:

Post Decision Activity

On September 20, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

They mailed it last Thursday should arrive this week! NOA1 July 2, 2013

I did not load it up with a lot of stuff. Proof of my 4 visits, one pic from each visit, my divorce papers, her annulment papers (even though we did not have everything it must have been enough), Etc. Filled out the forms exactly as VISA Journey examples are done. These were all copies of documents. Even her letter of intent was a copy. So we were worried about not having all the annulment docs and the letter of intent not being an original signature but it turned out OK.

Wow, congrats. We never knew what an adjudicator would going to decide for us. Especifically in your I-129F, letter intent of marry was not original. Time to celebrate!dancin5hr.gif

congrats! we were approve last week also from TSC....last night got message they send to NVC already!!!

but no NOA2 hard copy yet.

Things are speeding up guys keep the faith!!

Hi! Congrats by the way! Just want to ask who informed you that your case is already sent to NVC? Is it TSC too? Thank you!
