I-131 with no travel plans

For Part 4, it asks to list the purpose of trip as well as list of countries intending to visit.

Are we to complete this or leave them blank?

An adjustment applicant does not fill out Part 4 stating a reason and purpose of their travels, and you do not need to supply the extra statement.

At the bottom of page of 2 it states this : If you are applying for a non-DACA related Advance Parole Document, skip to Part 7

You skip from the bottom of Page 2 to Part 7 on Page 4. You only check 'More than one trip' and leave the rest blank, like it shows in the example form here on VJ.

i have a question about the I-131.  in the newest form it looks like there is now a $575 charge for the I-131.  If my wife (person applying for green card) is not going to be traveling during the application process, the do we even need to fill that form out?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
