My wife sent our I130 on thursday 19th with the following, A copy of marriage certificate. Email correspondence 20pages. Ten wedding pictures. Ten pictures of my family and friends with her here in Lagos. All pages of her US passport. Required USCIS fee. Pls vj members did we send enough considering she just started working a month ago and when will we get NOA 1 and NOA 2.God bless u all

what about your bografic g328a form that you av to fill one for urself and one for ur wife and passport size pictures with white back ground and ur own means of identification like ur passport page

Yes all forms and well sized white background pictures and hers are included as well

Well for Lagos thats not front-loading. But good news you have a second chance to front-load (or some say side-load) and that will be when you get a NVC. You can send more.

Remember its about quality not quantity and what you want the CO to have in their hands before interview is without a doubt evidence you are in a real bonafide relationship.

• Vacation / honeymoon photos
• Receipts or bank statements showing remote ATM withdrawals (to show you were pulling money from that location at such time)

3. Evidence of Co-habitation During Marriage

• Birth certificates of any children born to you together
• Mortgage loan contract or lease contract with both partners’ names in it
• Utility bills with both partners’ names
• Receipts with both partners’ names in shipping/billing address
• Pictures of you two living together

4. Evidence of Joint Ownership of Assets and Shared Financial Responsibility

• Joint bank account statements
• Proof of joint credit card use
• Money transfer receipts
• Power of Attorney
• Wills (never used this)
• Utility bills
• Life insurance policy showing spouse as beneficiary
• Health insurance
• Car insurance

5. Photographic Evidence

• Photos of you two together
• Photos of you two with family (such as wedding, parties, kids’ graduation, etc.)
