hi everyone

i have a quick question if anyone can help

my wife filed I-130 for her sister to come to the US but now her sister just had a baby, is there anything we need to do or will all the paper work for the baby be taken care of over there? when we filed the I-130 it we included the sisters, husband and older child's name but my wife is worried that the new baby wont be included when they come up for a visa

N400 sent : 2011-11-18

N400 received & check cashed : 2011-11-28

N400 interview letter revcd: 2012-01-23

N400 interview: 2012-02-29

My mom is also sponsoring my aunt (her sister) and at the time we filed the i-130 she had 2 kids and by the time it was apporoved she had 5. At the NVC stage we notified NVC that she had 5 children instead of 2 and they were added to the petition

Nothing, children under 21 is the issue when the visa number becomes currrent, and any Spouses of course.

The baby can be added to the case. Tell your wife to stop worrying.

Your wife as the petitioner will need to send a letter to the US agency with the case to add the child. You will need to include a photocopy of the birth certificate and an English translation as well as information to identify the case.

It's very easy.
