hallo guys...we finally got married last weekend and had the best of moments as we could. now we are looking forward to AOS and we are wondering what exactly is the package for that, other than form i-485 and marriage certificate what else should we attach?

also i would like to work someday what forms should we send? and can we send them together? thank you

congrats on your wedding! besides of the i485 you also need to send the affidavit, taxes, employment and travel permit and a bunch of copies (i94, passport etc) look for "step by step how to file for AoS" here in vj. It has the fool proof list with everything you need to send. It took me almost 2hrs to put it together so its quickly. the fee is $1070 and yes send all together

thank you guys and WOW!!! 1070 is expensive but nothing we can do. is that fee inclusive of employment pettion or we have to pay extra fee?

Read the Guide…. there is a lot of great info there!

The fee for I-485 applications includes the cost of the I-131 and I-765 (no need to pay for them if filed with or while your I-485 application is pending adjudication).
