As per you introduce more laws and problem is sloved we have heard it plenty of times.

Actually, as per me, I believe our current laws need better enforcement before introducing new ones. Do you even read what I say or do you believe what other people tell you when it comes to my opinion? :)

Just a few for now ok?

1. Deaths and injuries occur alot at night. We could save lives by placing a curfew post 11pm. You would need a permit if you work nights etc. this law doesn't really affect me.

2. Food poisoning occurs from undercooked meat. Therefore to be safe all red meats must be medium or more. Burgers must be well done. Doesn't really affect me.

3. Drink driving is still a problem. Outfit all new cars with breathalyzers.

4. Distracted driving is a problem. Outlaw all interactive devices inside the cabin of a car.

5. Natural gas in the home is a hazard. New homes should not be built with gas lines.

That is a great idea..drunk driving kills 10-12K per year and injuries many more.

There is no reason anyone would ever need to drive drunk

A breathalyzer on your car would not infringe your rights if you are not drinking.

Why Not ?

1. This one really wouldn't inconvenience me since it's pretty amazing if I can stay up past 10 sometimes. I don't like the idea of people being on some kind of 'lockdown' in their homes. I think people who are going to commit a crime will do it whenever they're able to, day or night. Time of day won't stop someone from killing someone they want to kill, I don't think.

2. If people are stupid enough to eat undercooked meat, that's their problem.

3. My initial reaction is that I'm not against this. Doesn't impact me, but I haven't thought it through much.

4. I agree with this to an extent. I believe it should be against the law to talk on your phone or text while driving. I'm not against people talking on the phone on speaker phone, though, since it's just like having a conversation with someone who's in the vehicle and your hands are still free.

5. I don't really have much of an opinion on this one either way.

Wow Penny thats 2nd in 2 days... are you turning into rep?

The funny thing is, Harsh .. these statements that I'm making are only new to YOU. Other people have seen me make them numerous times before. Because they read.

I mean, they implement breathalyzers in vehicles for people who have already been arrested for DUI. Why wait for that to happen, I guess...

Does not matter when I heard but good to know you on enforcing existing law over introducing new law. ....lol finally.

Ok one more. Injuries and deaths occur at petrol stations. Petrol stations must go back to full service with trained operators.

You can't pump your own gas in NJ, so done.

Breathalyzers in cars, cool. Let's do it.

There is some risk to being alive. But a mass shooting was not one of these risks until recently. You don't find the thought of little kids going to school just to be shot a problem? Those kids aren't out late at night. They aren't driving, they aren't drunk. They aren't operating machinery. They aren't starting fights or walking through bad neighborhoods. They are going to school to learn, and someone comes in with a gun and kills them all. You think that is a normal risk to being alive that we should accept as "one of those things"?

Have you ever purchased one?

Question 11.F on the 4473

Do you even know what adjudicated means? From your previous discussion with Arijit, I think not.

I don't know, maybe the guy at the local Quickie Mart?

Did you really just ask that question?

Really. Perhaps an aptitude test should be required as well.
