hi ,

my sister in law she got visa last week for usa and she is 33 week pregnant ,can she travel to usa from india she is coming on sep. 28th is that safe for her and baby .

if she deiced coming after her baby what paper work she have to do for baby and how long its take .

It will depend on the type of visa the sister-in-law was issued with.

She may also be required to show that she has the resources to be able to pay for medical care involving childbirth and recovery.

In addition, the airline may have restrictions on whether they allow a heavily pregnant woman to board one of their flights, too.
