hello vj'members

need to be sure before finalize everything ,I the petitioner and the sponsor filing up I-864 form but has a low income, my parent(s) will stand a co sponsor we lived in the same address and am not dependent to her so my mother will filling up I-864a?

on I-864 form i should send one form for two minor child(ren) on the question part 3 (sponsoring following members) the second child was included on that part which is the total # are two(2)

I gather some document like pay stub ,employment certificate, copy of ITR (

do i have to include all the documents each child like birth certificate, petitioner proof, and my mothers proof?

Your mom will fill another I-864, and if you want to combine your dad's income, then he will fill out an I-864a. Also, you'll have to prove their citizenship/permanent residency

thanks help for your quick respond ,one more thing ,on the part 1 question, im the petitioner and primary sponsor, so my mom will be the joint sponsor correct?

and i need to clarify that just one form to send out (I-864) for two principal immigrant (minor).

Yes your mom is the joint sponsor, you are the petitioner and the primary sponsor. I'm not sure about your second question, but I'm assuming there should be just one principal immigrant. The other person will be the accompanying immigrant which there is a box for in the forms to clarify who they are.
