Hello,

Somehow, both my lawyer and I missed doing the DS-260. I happened to find out about it just yesterday, and aim to complete it tomorrow. I see that it mentions sending some documents to the NVC. My wife's interview is in 2 weeks. Has anyone else completed the DS-260 that close to the interview date and still been approved for their visa at the interview??

Thanks.

We completed DS-260 3-4 days before the interview and took printout of confirmation receipt with me. We got approved without any issues. Its online filing of the form. So, it is not going to take time. You can do it. :)

If you already sent the civil documents with the DS230, you will only need to fill out the DS260.

I believe you have already submitted all the documents to NVC and you now have your interview date and your case is with embassy.

I contact NVC and talk to Representative. She told me that my case has been completed and I don't need to fill out DS-260 even though it shows pending in CEAC. Can someone please confirm it whether I need to complete DS-260 or not?
