why did my petition go to NBC?

why did my petition go NBC?

That's what I don't understand. Makes no sense at all!

Well i really dont know if kansas service center is starting working nowadays or not yet doesnt any know about the last update of kansas service center i mean the devision 8 ????

As far as I know division 8 supposed to start processing applications today... hopefully will see a flood of approvals by next week. If not, I will be depressed. cray5ol.gif

Where did you get the information for a specific date? All I have found is that division VIII will be operational before the end of the fiscal year, which of course is less than a week away. Is it really going to happen? I sure hope so. I miss home.
