DS 260 Online (Manila Embassy)

Just wanted to know if Manila Embassy requires filing DS 260 Online, or just the paper DS 230..

Notice to K Visa Applicants

The Immigrant Visa Unit only accepts K visa applicants (K1, K2, K3, and K4) who have completed DS-156, DS-156K (for K1 applicants only), DS-157, and DS-230 application forms. Application forms are available at http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html and should be completed in advance of the appointment. Any K applicant without completed application forms who appears for an interview will be referred to nearby internet cafés to complete the application forms. For your convenience, applicants who can complete the forms and return to the Embassy by 10:00 am will still be interviewed that same day. Manila is NOT using the DS-260 with the K-1 visa.

USEM does not use the DS-260 with the K-1 visa. They require the DS-230 Part 1.

My finace tried to fill out the DS-260 as part of our K1 Visa interview prep but cant get past the question "name of current spouse...?"(tells her must fill in all questions...),my first thought "of course no current spouse,we are K1 NOT CR1 Spousal Visa"...we are dealing with the Manila Embassy,maybe other embassies are requiring this form now instead of the DS230 and want you to fill in your FIANCES name when asked for CURRENT SPOUSE name...can see the confusion.I agree with Hank here and believe just the 156,156k,157 and DS230.

When i had my interview last Sept. 12 they didn't ask for DS-260 nor DS-230 Part 1. Some of the applicants included the DS-230 but it was removed by the embassy staff at the tent upon entry.
