This question is to those that also married a USC.

I graduated on june 20, 2013. So my 60 day grace period started following after according to my I-20.

My question is what expiration date should I write on my I-485 form since my I-94 has "D/S" written on it? Is it june 20,2013 or the last day of my 60 day grace period?

Another question is in the I-130 form that my husband has to fill out, on section C number 14 should he write down that I arrived as a student to the USA and also specify that I am out of status?

Thanks for your help

Neither. You write "D/S".

You "arrived" as a student. Not about your current status. On I-485 where it asks for current status, you could write "F-1 out of status" or "F-1". I don't think it matters.
