Hi there!!!

I have my packet 3 in hands that s awesome!!! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

Can i send the 2 papers they request me straight away on Monday or MUST i have the rest of the papers ready before doing it?????

I m so confused about this please help me !!!!

I don t have yet: proof of support papers, police certificate, birth certificate....

I really need to know how you you did!!!

it toke them 2 months to schedule the interview after i send the reply to packet 3

so send the notice you are ready right away, you'll have plenty of time to get whatever you are missing

You MUST have all the other documents ready with you before sending back the DS-2001.

That form is to attest that you have everything and so, that you are ready for an interview. If you don't have all the documents required, then you are not ready. I strongly don't advise you to send back that form if you are missing some documents. Someone I know did it in the past, got scheduled for an interview quickly and arrived at the interview without all the required documents. No need to say it was very stressful for him and his fiancée and his case got delayed...

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.
