I will be having my interview on Sept. 26 (Thursday next week). I just received the documents from my fiance today like the affidavit of support and the supporting documents... As I was going through the papers I noticed that in the form I134 in question 10 he answered NONE and in question 11 checked the box do not intend...

What will happen to me during interview if those questions were wrong?

And I have a daughter(7 yrs old) coming with me, does he have to fill out another I134 for her?

Check with your consulate/embassy but to my knowledge an I-134 is required for all persons no matter their age. My instinct is to redo the forms and express it or reschedule the interview. But I am not knowledgeable enough for that question.

On number 3 it has to be your name on it and below that your being asked for childrens name who he is also petitioning. number 10 is for the past petitions he made aside from you if he ever had. and number 11 should be a check intend box..

since number 11 will be an error, you will need to make him send you a new form.

Use UPS express, takes only 2 business days to ship it to you. would cost him around $56 to do it.

Goodluck!

I also have a problem about editing because he sent me the affidavit last april and there were points that needed to be updated.

We have the same dilemma here. My interview will be on the 25th and I'm so worried now that Steve didn't put my name on question#10. If we will be given 221g just because of that then we'll just redo our I-134 since its to late to do another one now. He also checked the do not intend box but then I wrote N/A at the bottom. I hope it didn't make it worse :(.

Sorry to hear about yours.

For number 11 I personally left the checkboxes blank and put:

N/A (K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)in the area for more information- as it suggests in the example form... that's would be correct for a K-1 right?
