Hi everybody,I m Aleksandar 27 year old living in Serbia.

I want to to know how I can become legally citizen of USA,I want to migrate legally,fined job and start living new life,can anybody help me in that?what first step should be,where should I go because in period from 2012 to Now I send more than 500 CV on many ad,I got account on Monster,Workpolis,Indeed etc,but they probably don t want to make me appointment because logically I m not citizen of USA,I got pretty big work history and big experience in construction and cars.Can anybody please tell me what should I do?kicking.gif

What i would do is check all the different visas i and check if i fit in any of the cases, for work you should ask in work visas forum and they can advise you better... in general you have to be hired by a company in the us that apply to bring you.

What you can do is to search directly in the company pages, not through job engine searchers

There are only a few options to legally immigrate to the US.

1. Get married to a US citizen

2. Be an immediate relative of a US citizen (spouse, child, parent)

3. Get hired by a US company and have them apply for a visa for you (these are limited in number per year for permanent immigration, most employers will not do this unless you are really needed for their company for some reason, easier to apply for a temporary non-immigrant visa for you and then you can try to get permanent status when you're already here)

4. Win a green card lottery (good luck with that, only available for countries that had less than 50000 immigrants for the past 5 years)
