Called USCIS - Concurrent AOS REJECTED!

Its been quite a while since I filed the concurrent AOS. I was so pissed today and I called the USCIS Helpline (hell-line) it took 4 hours on hold to get transferred. Anyway, I spoke to a really nice Latino Lady and she typed up all my husbands and my information and She said - "Oh I see whats going on, your husbands I-130 has been rejected" #######? However, they gave me a eceipt # foe my I-485 and it starts with a MSC..

What to do?

Concurrent AOS

11/15/11 Met my sweetheart online through LDS site
12/11/12 Flew to the US and enrolled in language school
02/28/13 Met him in person
03/29/13 Proposal
06/21/13 Religious wedding
09/09/13 Filed for AOS
09/11/13 [Day 1] Packet arrived Chicago Lockbox

09/19/13 [Day 9] I-797C NOTICE OF REJECTION (forgot to check under which category I was filing for AOS)

09/21/13 [Day 11] Sent Back AOS Packet

09/23/13 [Day 13] Arrived at Chicago Lockbox and signed by D. COLONNA

09/29/13 [Day 19] E-mail confirmation

09/30/13 [Day 20] Checks Cashed

10/04/13 [Day 24] NOA hardcopy I-130, I-485, I-765

10/15/13 [Day 35] Biometric appointment successful (Idaho Falls ladies were really really nice)

09/11/2013 EAD/AP in production

09/19/2013 received EAD/AP

11/18/2013 potential interview waiver case notification

03/17/2014 Greencard approved and in production

If you filed on 9/9 then it hasn't been that long. If the I-130 was rejected then it is making its way back to you. The problem is they accepted the I-485 incorrectly because it cannot go forward because there is no I-130 to base it on. Even when you file the I-130 it will be dated after the I-485 and that will be a problem.

Did they cash the I-485 yet? If not, I would stop payment. But I think if you got a MSC number they already have.

They rejected the whole application because I forgot to mark the application type
