Ok, so I am going thru the I-130 to filled out by my husband and I am not sure how to fill out number 14 of section c (information about your relative).

As a recap I recently got married with an USC, I am under a overstay (out of status) student visa.

So where the I-130 says:

"If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following:

He or she arrives as a:". F1 STUDENT (OUT OF STATUS)??????

And for "date authorized stay expired, or will expire as shown on form i-94 or I-95" --- I am totally clueless here since my I-94 says D/S (which stands for duration of status)... Should I write down the date when my 60 day grace period ended according to my I-20?

Thanks for your help as always

You're adjusting from a student visa, so in order to get better replies, I recommend posting in the "Adjustment from Tourist, Student, and Work Visas" forum. Right now you are in the Family Visa based forum.
