Hey Visa Journey, I am petitioning for my husband. My brother-in law will fill out a I-864 along with me.

Separate forms of course

Is Larry the only joint sponsor?

or he is one of 2 joint sponsors?

Am I considered a joint sponsor?

well thanks in advance

As the Petitioner/Sponsor for your husband, you file your own I-864.

Your BIL will file his own I-864 as the only Joint Sponsor. An intending immigrant can only have one Joint Sponsor.

You are not a Joint Sponsor. You are the Sponsor.
