No NOA2--How to Request One?

I moved during the petition, but thought since I had a forwarding address, it would be ok. WRONG. My approval, NOA2 was returned. I called and changed my address on Aug 17th, and received an email showing the address change, but still have NOT received the NOA2.

I saw a post a while back (can't find it now) where someone said that they had called DOS, 202- 663-1225 to request another one be sent. I called this number and got a recording that the new number is 202-485-7600. I called the new number and listened to all of the options, but didn't hear one to speak to a person or to request another NOA.

Does anyone have any other numbers or suggestions?

Thanks

If you need another copy of NOA2 you need to call USCIS. You may find their number as well in your NOA1.

Yeah, you have to call USCIS and have a service request made for you to mail another one. Not sure if this qualifies as asking for a new copy though. I read somewhere that if you request for a copy, you would need to pay $200. You need to call them to verify this first.

There is a USCIS form to request a new I-797. But IIRC it's $405 to do so. Might call them and plead your case and get one sent out for free.
