After 76 days, and even with a RFE, we have our NOA2. I must give the credit to this site. I followed all the advice and read endless post from members on what to do and how to complete the forms correctly. When we began this process we almost paid a lawyer to do what can be done by ourselves. Now the wait begins for the NVC. Thanks to everyone who has communicated with Carolina. What a great site and members.

USCIS wanted more information on her divorce. The papers we originally sent were stamped but they wanted more than just a stamp and date. Poor Carolina had to run all over Bogota to get the complete papers. She went to the same office several times before she found someone who knew exactly what she needed and how to find the court documents. The other office people sent her all over Bogota. It was very frustrating, but she was successful and things are moving forward.

CONGRATULATIONS !!! i AM STILL WAITING FOR MY NOA -2 that technically speaking will be my NOA 3 They sent me a second Notices of Action but just for the

trasfer for vermount to texas and now texas is killing me.... my timeline is over 100 days.... I am F.

Be ready for the rest of the documentations ... medial , blood work. pay for the embassy Interview and finally the Inteview. I will appreciated a head-up in every step of your way

That will be a great help to us...

[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
