Hi all,

I've been following VJ for a while and it's been great so far. I filed for my wife's immigration on March 6, 2013 and when I saw on USCIS site that VSC is processing petition's by LPRs for spouse/children under 21 in up to 5 months, I called the service number today to ask for more information (and maybe perhaps make a request to have the filed looked at since it's out of posted processing time frame). The CSR told me that they are processing March 6, 2013 batches right now. He told me to call back in a few days and if by then there hasn't been any update on my file and they start processing March 7th and onwards, I can request to have the file looked at.

Hopefully, VSC will send me an approval soon.

~cheers
