We have been on Ap for 8 months now, and this week after being stuck with no updates our case has been updating frecuently. I hope, really hope that it means we will be getting his visa soon.

K-1 I-129F Sent : 2012-04-30

Well, they don't say why you are being placed on AP. When he had his interview they said it woould take 3 to 4 weeks.

Looks like you are near the end. If you are from a Moslem country that has caused a terrorism problem for the US (let's face it, Pakistan is one of them), AP is virtually automatic.

Yes it sucks, and there is no reason they can't enlist your help to address their concerns. After all, everyone wants it cleared up quickly and easily, so why don't they enlist your cooperation? Instead they go behind a wall of secrecy and do things themselves. Terrible system, but we must put up with it.
