post-158199-0-99555800-1379664985_thumb.jpgI have an F2A I-130 sponsorship sitting in CSC waiting for movement. For the last 4 or 5 months, the processing date for my category has not changed at all.

On https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do CSC page, the following line has not been changing at all:

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21 November 15, 2011

When I go to check the Processing Times here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do, the CSC processing time is currently at 20.8 months and has been going up by 1 month at a time.

Is there any reason why this category has absolutely no movement? If I could just get the NOA2, then NVC is processing well past my priority date so the visa should be able to come right away. Meanwhile my young daughter is stuck and can not come to join me.... cray5ol.gif

Visa Journey is amazing.

Last night before going to bed I posted here about my case that has not been touched and is over 1 year behind normal processing schedule.

This morning I get up and there is an email from USCIS:

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Request for Evidence

Annoying that it is an RFE but one would almost think that the post to Visa Journey caused USCIS to make a move.....

I-130 filed for F2A category getting approved in weeks now. I filed in May 2013 and was approved in August and it is now on its way to NVC but don't know when it will get there. I suggest to call USCIS and find out about the status. Processing Times don't make any sense may be I don't know how to look the way they work. Good luck!!!!!!!
