Is My Case Suspended?

Hi everyone, I'm new, just registered here but have lurked for a long while.

I filed a I-130 for my Romanian husband in July from the US where I am currently living. I received my NOA1 on July 24 but didn't get it in the mail for a while due to me putting the wrong address on the forms (stupid me!) and having to change it online. The little blue circle on my case status was at initial review up until the middle of August. Now it just says,

"On August 5, 2013 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

It doesn't say what's going on, processing, or anything. Is it still processing? Should I call? I don't know what do to. I can't remember specifically, but while it was on initial review it did say something about being sent to Missouri somewhere. I would just hate if they need something from me and it's suspended without me knowing.

I had no idea visas were so complicated and took so long. DH and I planned on staying in his country but I had to move back due to health so it kind of sucks. I try to read up on this stuff as much as I can but it is really confusing to me. Anyway I would really appreciate any advice on whats up or what I should do!!

Thanks

Dana

I ran a quick google search on this and it seems it's a message for Card/Document Production.

It's probably a mistake... I would call USCIS, talk to Tier 2 and find out.

"Missouri somewhere" is Missouri Service Center (MSC) also known as National Benefits Center (NBC).

Since you filed in July your file is probably in Overland Park, KS, the new, just about to open NBC. (there are two, one in Missouri and this new one in Kansas).

If that's the case, that would mean this center has already been operational at least since August? Very unlikely, though...

Or, and this is more likely :( they mailed you a written confirmation on your change of address.

Still, I'd call and find out. Please let us know!

When two people are meant for each other, no time is too long, no distance is too far, no one can ever tear them apart.

It could be a mistake, it could also be that they sent you an RFE.

I did get a conformation of address change, it was attached to my NOA1 that had gotten sent to the wrong address initially. I googled a bit too (don't know why I didn't do that in the first place) and found some others who had the same message after doing an online address change. Maybe that's all it was. I'm going to try and call today. Probably the dumbest question ever.... But do I just call the customer service #? Any tips on finding out info?

And yes it went to the Overland Park. I checked my NOA1 and that's what it says at the bottom.
