Medical in Pakistan

My fiance has never had any vaccinations. Should he have all these done prior to going to the medical exam in Pakistan or will they give him any immunizations needed while he is at the appointment?

Well they only Gives 2 vaccines at medical . Thats what i had to get bcz i didnt have any vaccine card at all . So doctor only asked me i ever had chicken pox i said yes thats it .

well the doctor at Agha Khan said if you dont have any vaccination record then you need to get all vaccinations.
