Got two yellow envelopes from 2go

Hello,

I was wondering if any of you here received 2 yellow envelopes from your 2go visa package. Mine contained my passport with visa, one small envelope with no " do not open" remarks and the one big yellow envelope with the warning " do not open".

But because of my curiosity , i was able to open the smaller envelope since it was unsealed ( there was only a string to open and close it). I thought the embassy was returning something to me. I found it contained pictures of me and my fiance ( prob proofs of having met). Anyways, im a bit worried that it might affect me in my POE.

I might be overthinking but this has been a long process and i want it smooth from now on.

I will appreciate comments and opinions about this topic and especially if somebody has a similar experience.

You should keep both envelopes undisturbed and you will need to surrender them to the officer upon arrival at the border. If you tamper with the sealed envelope you may have to go back to the consulate to have it resealed.

- thanks for replying. I didnt disturbe the big yellow envelope with the warning" do not open "in it. It is still sealed. As for the smaller yellow envelope, i just closed the string/fastener again and left the pictures inside.

- i didnt open the envelope with the "do not open" warning in it. Only the smaller one without any remarks or warning not to open. Received two envelopes and i did see clearly the one that is the Visa Packet.

You will be fine! Don't worry about it. But, you might want to show the 2nd envelope to the IO at the POE just to be sure. Good luck and best wishes!
