Hi everyone!

After approval, does the Beneficiary receive a package or the Petitioner need to send the forms filled out?

Im confused!! My fiance received the 797 form, and we dont know what the next step! sad.png

Do we need to contact NVC or the embassy??

Please.. I need help!

Brazil does not send Packet 3 anymore.

You will be given a list of things to bring to the day of the interview along with your interview date.

I dont have the RDJ number yet. I sent an email to NVC asking for it. Do I need to wait the number to call the embassy in Rio??

If you want your case# ahead of the embassy just keep calling NVC.
