Hi,

Tourist Visa is Self sponsor Visa. Your parents can apply for that. You will require to file B2 Visa.

Thank you for your replies! I heard a lot of people saying that i need to send some type of invitation for my parents. Anyone knows about that?

Thank you in advance!

No, their tourist visa application has nothing to do with you or your status in the US. They apply on their own. If you want to send them an invitation letter for them to bring to their visa interview, you certainly can, but it is not required, nor is it particularly helpful.

The embassy in Bucharest want to make sure that they are legitimate tourists/visitors, and that they intend to return to Romania after their visit. Your parents will have to show ties to Romania.

Follow the link that A&B gave you.
