hi..my child is interview yesterday september 18, 2013 in us embassy manila.the consular office told my son that he is already age out and cannot give a visa.but we check his visa status. the visa status stated that his visa is under administrative processing it is normal or my son still has a chance to get a visa?

what is the visa category of your son? age? In a case like this, its advisable to get a lawyer... I know there is a law that even your child is over age he can still get a visa its called child status protection act, I just dont know if this will be applicable to your case since i dont have any idea about your case...

our category is f4..when our case current last august 2010 his age is 22 years old but because of retrogession our case is current again last july 2013 when he is interviewed by the consular officer he told to my son that he cannot give him a visa on that day because he is already age out as there computation but when we got home and check the department of state visa status his status is under administrative review
