after the interview and approval

My fiance had his interview today and we were approved and told that he would receive the Visa in 7-10 days. But the lady said that there were other things we had to do before he could enter. He did not understand everything, but the lady said there was a site on the US page where there was a list. One of the things, for example, was that he had to have an international birth certificate. I've done a preliminary search and found nothing. Does anyone know what she was talking about?

Thanks!

He should travel with his passport (visa stamped, of course), bring the sealed envelope the embassy supplies and his personal belongings. Period [the x-ray he can bring, but it will not be requested at POE either]

The international BC sounds like a good idea for AOS, so he won't have to translate it; but, it's not a requirement to enter the US. It may have been a suggestion from the CO. No one is required to bring an international birth certificate to go through POE.

What were the other things the CO said?

I'm not entirely sure, because he didn't understand everything. One had to do with his vaccinations, which seems wrong, because if he didn't have everything, it seems the medical would have required it on the visit. It all sounded a little unusual to me, so maybe it was just some advice about the AOS.

Maybe it was just advice about AOS because vaccinations are not required for a K-1 to enter the US. They are only required for AOS.
