He was denied his CR-1 and they would not allow him a waiver, and put a permanent ban on him from ever coming into the USA.

I am shattered and fallen ill, he is numb. We do not know where to go or what to do...

I can not move to the UK, if I did I would have to leave my first and only 12 year old daughter, seperating her form her only younger brother and also leave my mother who is ill from a brain tumour. There are so many other factors involved to as why I can not move.

We are all lost, where do we go now...

WOW...seems rather drastic. In order to get intelligent responses you might need to shed some more light on the possible reasons why he was denied/banned. This must be awful...I am so sorry to hear.

Oh my god, I am SO SO sorry for you. I know you can appeal a denial of waiver. I would be more than happy to try to find out about the appeal process if it would help. :(

Its heartbreaking..........and at this moment whatever we say it wont comfort you i know that but the only thing i want to say is that ........ LORD ONLY DOES "WHAT IS GOOD FOR US"...... so cling to him and ask HIM why this happend......HE will definitely show a way to overcome this hardtime and LORD will make things happen and your family will be together ...........AMEN

The Lord is all that I have to cling to. I have not been in my Husbands arms for over half a year. I am so devastated, I am falling apart... The pain inside is so deep and it won't stop. My life is hanging brutally incomplete 4,000 miiles away.

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

How they can keep a Husband and Wife apart like that is beyond my comprehension.

Usually there's a reason, Wilhelmina. Sometimes the punishment doesn't fit the crime, but for the consulate to flat-out deny the filing of a waiver the infraction must be fairly serious.

Unfortunately we may never know. Summer doesn't post much on our forums. It's her business if she chooses to keep things private. But if there's some knowledge this community might be able to gain from her situation, or some help we could provide, then I hope she will post.

With the bar on, at the moment the only options are for her to move there or for them to live in a third country.

Sad. Very sad.
