you will get it soon, just a few days or in a week time and will be approved exactly two weeks or less after they receive it.... that's what happened with us, just stay calm and prayerful.... good luck in your journey

We received ours within 4 days via mail. It was mailed from California to me in Michigan ;-)

Our RFE was because I failed to provide translated divorce documents. I sent them in French and should have also provided an english translation. That was it ;-)

oh, i'm waiting for RFE hard copy too. It is soo stressful. Even though I had an appointment with local immigration officer to check all my documents, I am surprised why I got RFE ( is there any way to learn what is this RFE about? any place to call and check what they need beforehand getting the hard copy?

It is SOOOOO totally stressful! Ugh! Unfortunately as far as I'm aware there is nothing you can do or nowhere to call to find out the reasoning. Have to wait for the actual hardcopy. Wish I had better news for you

yes, today i got the RFE mail.It took 6 days.. There are 3 requests

I didn't send form I-129F but one of the request of evidences is for my (applicant's) birth certificate. I already sent English translation but forgot to put original one so this is what they are asking.

The other 2 requests are about tax returns ..

i wish best for all of us..
