On my last year's tax return (the one I'll likely have to bring if her interview is this year), I made ~$14,000.

This is, of course, below the 2013 poverty level of $15,510(100%) for a household size of 2, and

$19,387.50(125%). HOWEVER, this year, ever since February, I have been working full-time (although

technically on a temp contract) 40 hours per week at the rate of $13/hr, sometimes doing additional work
at the rate of $19/hr. $13/hr, 40 hours a week amounts to roughly $26,000 gross over the course of a year.

$26,000 is 167% of the poverty guideline. My fiancée also has savings in the amount of ~$25,000, and I

have savings in the amount of ~$5,000.

Will the embassy be able to do the math and come to the conclusion that I am obviously able to support my fiancée? lol
