Hello.

I'm about to file for my wife and stepkids. I think their vaccination record isn't complete, so I think I will need to see a civil surgeon about it. However, I'm going to file with what I have in the meantime.

I'm wondering, will I be receiving their employment authorization / advance parole first, or will I get an RFE for the vaccinations first?

Thanks.

What would Xenu do?

Taking into consideration that you can find the place to make vaccinations for free and you may only start with one shot in each series (like 1 varicella shot, as the second one is to be done in 1 month, then supposedly there can be no RFE as the doctor will write that there is insufficient time to complete series).

So you will lose a couple more days to at least start series, but better than to answer RFE.

Besides, if you need some vaccinations + varicella, you have to do all of them on the same day or 2-4 weeks after varicella.
