i'm from algeria and my husbund line in usa i have a question:i follow all processus for my visa F2A but i hqve not sent the form I864 my PD is 23 JANUARY 2012 .is that can get visa

Form I-864 is required.

No Form I-864 = no visa.

then you haven't finished

your husband must send the i864, payment and all the documents. if he doesn't, the petition will be canceled

talk with your husband, email him a blank I-864 form, and instruction set, and ask him to fill it out for you, and submit it INTO NVC.
