Hi everybody ,

I have a question about the fiancé letter of intent . I don't know what I have to write as address on the letter . My fiancé lives in Las Vegas Nevada so I don't what is the address of filing location ( USCIS SERVICES )?? Please can you help me . :/ we want to send the documents as soon as possible . Thank you for your help.

I live in Las Vegas also. This is the letter I sent to the Califorina Service Center for our I129F and they approved my NOA2.

Letter of Intent to Marry

Dear Sir or Madam,

I, XXXXXXXX, do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry my fiancé, XXXXXXXXX and intend to do so within 90 days of my admission into the United States of America using the K1 visa.

Thank you for your help . So on the fiancé letter of intent ( letter that we ll clip with the I 129F, the 1 st step of the procedure ) you mean that We to write the C service address because he lives in Las Vegas right ? Sorry I 'm confused .. But finally I have found someone who answer me ! :)

Yes the I-129F will be sent to Dallas, TX first then USCIS will send it to the California Service Center. You are not required to put their address on the letter. The example I post previous is the same letter that me and fiancé summited with no issues. Make sure that the signatures are original we signed in blue ink so they would know that they are not copies. Also make sure that everything that your fiancé signs that you have another signed copy with original signature encase USCIS loses something and sends you a RFE. It happen to me with the letter of intent.
