Hi there,

I just want to check if there are February 2013 filers here for AOS. We submitted the application last Feb. 28, 2013. I received my EAD Card last May 18, 2013 and never heard any updates about the AOS application. I kept checking the Case status online and it still still saying my case can not be found at this time. Anyone here with the same experienced?

Thanks,

Charlie

Not sure what has happened in your case, but I can tell you that we applied for AOS/EAD/AP in March 2013 and were approved for all in June 2013.

Perhaps someone can post more feedback if you provide more info. Assuming you filed for all three at the same time...

Did you submit the G-1145 to get notified for each?

Did you get three different Receipt Numbers?

Did you write one check for all three filings or three? Were the check(s) cashed?

You had an interview, so that is a different matter. Some people adjusting from K1's are exempt from the interview, but in turn have to wait many months (currently 8-12) to get approved.

To the OP, we are in the same boat. I applied for my AOS in early March, my case is also in "Case Not Found" status, and I didn't hear anything from USCIS until about two weeks ago, when I received the unfortunate "Potential Interview Waiver Case Notice", telling me that I might not need an interview, but that due to workload reasons not related to my case I might have to wait another six months to get my GC. I assume the same might be happening to your case.

Check out the February filers thread that Celeste posted, where you can exchange information with others who also filed in February. You will see there are LOTS of people still waiting, just as you are.

Let's hope for a speedy approval!!
