Problems calling NVC

I was wondering if anyone has had problems recently calling the NVC to check if they have your package or to ask specific questions about interviews. I'm calling this number (603) 334 - 0700, but when it rings gives me a beeping noise immediately, which sounds like the line is busy. I call in the morning between 7am and 12pm.

Anyone else experiencing this? I've been calling this current week only.

just hit redial a lot you will get through

or you can call the dos phone number

Does emailing them work efficiently? Meaning is it just as good to email as it would to call?

it always took them forever and a day to reply to emails if the case was not already live

if there is a live case, emails are answered in about a week
