So, going over my paperwork for the 100th time and this time AFTER I sent it, and realize we didn't attach the income tax receipt to hubby's I864.

Rejection or what? If rejected, due to missing info, then what?

12/12/2013 Status changed to Testing and Interview and EAD sent out 10th, AP approved the 5th FINALLY!!!!!

14/12/2013 EAD/AP Combo received in mail smile.png

18/12/2013 Online Interview date of January 23/2014, instructions sent in mail.

23/01/2014 APPROVED...Green Card being sent in mail, no stamp in passport

29/01/2014 Received Welcome Letter

Day 10 8/1/2013- NOA Hard copies received

Day 18 8/9/2013- Got Biometric letter (appt date 8/23/2013)

Day 23 8/14/2013- RFE on I-864

Day 36 8/27/2013- RFE documents Sent

Day 37 8/28/2013 Successful Biometrics

Day 44 9/3/2013 USCIS receives the RFE and status changed to RFE review

Day 56 9/17/2013 I485 Online status changed to Testing and Interview

Day 66 9/27/2013 I485 Online status states Inteview date as 10/31/2013

Day 66 9/27/2013 EAD status changed to Card/Document Production

Thanks sone. I just can't believe how stupid I am to have forgotten that important piece of evidence...duhh


Also, thinking that may be why we haven't received our first NOA yet....sent on the 10th and seems people generally get a NOA within days of receipt....anyhow

Did you fill out the form for electronic updates? The hard copies are always slower.

Yes we did....though now I am second guessing myself whether or not I put it as first page or after the cover letter....I swear, I thought I was a very organized person, but after getting everything ready for this process, I have to wonder
