hi,

I have a question. My husband's biometrics were rejected twice. The first time they sent him a letter 4 days later with a new date to come back. They told us that after they are rejected twice which they were that we will need to get a local police report. His second biometrics date was Nov 15th and we still haven't heard anything about what to do next. We are supposed to wait for a letter or something saying what needs to be sent in terms of a police report.

Has anyone ever been in this situation?

Do you think I am being impatient ot should we have gotten something by now? My husbands EAD and AOS haven't been touched since October and November.

So if I call USCIS on Monday do you think they would be able to tell me anything or is there another place I should be calling?

Thanks,

Sarah and Hicham
