HI EVERYONE goofy.gif

Just had our petition approved 22 days ago...

and called NVC once...and emailed NVC and still same answer

they havent received it yet..

I guess to WAIT is the only thing to do...

who else are on the same timeline as ours?

AOS paid 8/5/12, IV paid 8/23/12.

ds230,i864ez,aos and iv receipt,documents(6 last pay stubs,job letter,beneficiary's birth certificate(certified and legalized),2 2x2 photos,police report(certified),w2 and transcripts from 2009-2011,copy of beneficiary passport.8/23/12

checklist received from NVC on 8/30/12- missing petioner's documents(marriage certificate,birth certificate,2011 transcript).

checklist sent to NVC by air on 9/1/12 to arrive on 9/4/12.

check list recieved on email 9/13/12 ( petioner INEXTENSA birth certificate and 2011 taxes transcript directly from IRS).

Our NOA2 was on 08/29/13. got hard copy of NOA2 on 09/03/2013.

Called NVC once last week. Ours is in (damn) CSC. So obviously we have to WAIT, I guess

Things have really slowed down at NVC these last few months. Even after NVC receives the petition from USCIS they are telling everyone it will take 8 weeks before you will get the embassy case #.

Pop over to the Philippines forum, and say "Hi" While waiting for the MNL # your fiancee could complete CFO, that would speed things up slightly. There is a link to the process in my signature below this post.

Have you looked?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
