As per our available information, your case is still under administrative process. An integral part of visa adjudication process that can neither be waived nor expedited. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the amount of time this will require.

We will, however, contact you as soon as this process is finished.

So all chapters were closed now.I know this will happen it already never give me good news.crying.gif

Aisha,

It means he is back in AP. Just like Carolyn. No one knows when he will have an interview again. They will finish AP whenever they want.

Do you have your congressman involved? Are you registered to vote?

FInd a congressman that supports immigration

go to his/her website and print off the disclosure form

fill it out

JUST THE FACTS

do not add all your pain and sorrow. Everyone in AP suffers. They do not care. They do not care if you want to die. They just want to know you are a registered voter and may vote for them in the future. They already know this if you have been a voter in the past.

They just need the facts

State my husband is from Pakistan. He had his interview on xxxxxx. They sent it back to uscis on xxxxx. It was reaffirmed on xxxxxx. Now it is placed back in Administrative processing and I cannot get further information. I would appreciate a congressional inquiry on my behalf. Please contact me for further information or concers,

Thank you

Aisha,

You are on these boards almost daily hysterical from each and every email you receive from the embassy, even before you understand what it says you, are all up in arms. You tell everyone you want to die, you want to commit suicide ect. Being hysterical all the time isn't going to help a thing, and it certainly isn't going to get your husband's visa any sooner. I understand your pain, my husband had AP, it is a tough situation to be in, but it is what it is and it isn't the end of the world. You need to take a step back and breathe, try to stay busy with life. Contacting the embassy, DOS, congress people and whomever you contact every day is only going to get them aggravated, they will contact you as soon as anything changes. There is nothing anyone can do to to change the situation, you just really need to try to be patient. I know it's hard, but you just need to try.

Yes.

Do you understand the embassy is obligated to answer a congressional inquiry within so many days. But, the embassy is not required to answer the petitioner. Also, do you understand that the embassy likes to be friendly with congressmen because when the embassy needs money or grants the congressman has the ability to vote to grant the embassy financial support. If you need more assistance in understanding US politics or government, just ask, I am always willing to help!
