My husband and I just recently filed our I-130 and received our NOA1. What I was wondering is; is there a way to give USCIS more evidence after we've already filed? If we receive an RFE could we send in extra evidence as well? We just opened a bank account together and a few other things so I'd like to send it to USCIS.

Also, how do I know which service center is handling our petition?

OUR Timeline

10/2012 - Met for first time in Texas (One Month Visit)

01/2013 - Met again in England (One Month Visit)

05/2013 - Went to get MARRIED in England (Four Month Visit)

09/2013 - Husband came back to US with me (Three Month Visit)

05/2014 - Husband is coming to visit and will stay till August! (Three Month Visit)

July 2014 - Had a baby!


USCIS - Timeline

06/28/2013 - Got Married in England

08/28/2013 - Sent I130 Packet

09/06/2013 - NOA1 Received

02/24/2014 - Case Transferred to CSC

03/12/2014 - RFE Received in mail

03/28/2014 - RFE Sent Back to USCIS

04/08/2014 - NOA2 Received


NVC - Timeline

04/16/2014 - Case Received at NVC

05/13/2014 - Case # Assigned

05/17/2014 - DS-261 Filed

05/19/2014 - AOS Bill Received / AOS Bill Paid

05/22/2014 - Sent AOS Packet

05/29/2014 - NVC Receives AOS Packet

06/25/2014 - Received IV Bill

06/28/2014 - Paid IV Bill

06/30/2014 - Sent IV Packet

01/23/2015 - Case Complete

Yes if you got an RFE you could send extra. But you don't want an RFE trust me on that. When your petition gets to the NVC you will be able to add more evidence then. So another opportunity is coming. Not to worry.

As far as service center look at the address on your NOA1 it is either at Overland Park, KS or Lee Summit, MO. Which it will sit at. All I-130 now are being held at Overland Park getting ready for the opening at end of this month.

Your receipt number starts with MSC which is Missouri Service center.
